Is what I share confidential?

Yes. All group members agree to confidentiality as part of the group guidelines. What's shared in the group stays in the group.

Do I have to share personal things?

You share only what you're comfortable with. There's no pressure to disclose anything you're not ready to share. You can learn a lot just by listening and observing.

Can I do group therapy alongside individual therapy?

Absolutely! Many people find the combination very effective. Group therapy complements individual work by providing peer support and real-world practice.

What if I miss a session?

While regular attendance is encouraged for continuity, we understand life happens. For structured programs, we'll help you catch up on any missed content.
